Delivery & Returns Policy

Thank you for considering The Booty Academy for your fitness and confidence journey. We want to ensure that your customer experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our delivery and returns policy below:

This Shipping, Return and Refund Policy (Policy) applies to the purchase of products on the Shopify page of The Booty Academy Pty Ltd (ACN 657 024 854) (we, us or our) (Products). Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping: We offer various Australia Post standard and express shipping options to cater to your needs. These options, along with their estimated delivery times and costs, will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and ship your items within 24 hours from order. Please note this does not include weekends or public holidays.

Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional charges, including customs duties and taxes, may apply. Please note that delivery times for international orders may be longer than domestic orders.

Returns Policy

Eligibility: Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer refunds on our products for change of mind where we determine (at our absolute discretion) that: you have purchased the product ithin 7 days prior to the request for a refund; and the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Processing Fee: We will charge you a $25 processing fee for each change of mind refund.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team (hello@thebootyacademy.com) with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Unfortunately products can not be exchanged or swapped for store credit.


Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team (hello@thebootyacademy.com) immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the individual situation.

Australian Consumer Law: We offer remedies in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, to the extent that it applies. The Australian Consumer Law provides a set of consumer guarantees which protect consumers when they buy goods and services. If the Australian Consumer Law applies, then we cannot avoid the Consumer Guarantees which it provides. If there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.
